Lapuan Kankurit Ruusu x Hvittrask Grey Sauna Bench Cover

This machine-washable bench cover is made from a blend of linen and organic cotton to add comfort and style to your sauna with breathable, moisture-wicking materials. Those without a sauna can enjoy this adorable design while using it as a placemat, or framed for wall art! The white and grey threads are woven into Young Designer of the Year award winner Reeta Ek's print, which was designed for the National Museum of Finland in support of HvittrÀsk. HvittrÀsk was built at the start of the 20th century by famous Finnish architects Herman Gesellius, Armas Lindgren and Eliel Saarinen, and became the latter's home. It is now a museum and is known for its lovely English style garden, which inspired the name of Reeta Ek's Ruusu (Rose) pattern. This pattern extends into the interior in a reverse colorway, and a sewn tag on the front reads "Kansallismuseo National Museum Lapuan Kankurit Woven in Finland."
