Lars Own Wild Swedish Cloudberry Preserves

Cloudberries are a favorite natural treat of the Nordic countries because they are abundant, nutritious and tasty on waffles, toast, and soft cheese. The preserves can even be warmed to serve as a special topping to vanilla ice cream! Each of these cloudberries have been picked by hand from the bogs of Sweden's northern forests, where they grow wild and ripen under the arctic summer sunlight. The golden berries are sweet and slightly tart and taste as heavenly and dreamy as their name, "cloudberries," sounds.
