Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging and include all tags, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our warehouse in Orlando, Florida.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
